Bliss Spa Hollywood

bliss spa hollywood store entranceWe are smitten with Bliss Spa- the bright, spotless lounges, plates of bite-size chocolate chip brownies, indulgent steam showers, and buffet of Bliss bathroom amenities. With complimentary champagne at the Hollywood location, parties with Bliss goodie bags, and the sorely addictive scent of Blood Orange + White Pepper, this is our top spot for an indulgent afternoon.

And then come the services…

We love:

  • The Fully Loaded Facial – Absolutely, hands-down, the most decadent servicing available for your face. Featuring a seaweed mask, enzyme peel, oxygen blast, collagen ampoule, hair treatment, shoulder and foot massage, and skin-softening paraffin pack, the Fully Loaded is a generous serving of customized Bliss services that will leave you crawling back to your W hotel room.
  • Blissage75 – Oh my. We had the massage of our life at the hands of a brilliant therapist names Moehl at the W Hollywood location. With hands that tame the side effects of the worst desk slouching and the stiffest plane flights, we’ve finally met our match.
  • The Triple Oxygen Treatment – Like our worst days, our skin is temperamental and difficult to please. Sometimes it’s oily but in need of hydration, and sometimes it’s”normal” with the looming threat of congestion. The Triple Oxygen Treatment from Bliss was formulated to address all of these concerns, with a hydrating enzyme pack and an oxygen blast to tame congestion. We loved the oxygen machine (where can we get one?) which administers a cool, concentrated burst of oxygen on the skin that left us looking and feeling revived.
  • Elemis Tri-Enzyme Resurfacing Facial – We love this hour-long seduction by the scents, sensations, and results from UK beauty powerhouse, Elemis. With two peels designed to remove dead cells and restore hydration, and sufficient ginger and mint aroma to revive the most heat-oppressed of afternoons, this complexion brightener has a permanent place in our appointment book.
